Fans don't celebrate winning streaks like they do championships. It's like saying quadruple doubles are better than championships because they happen so rarely. Whatever, I'd rather the Rockets had the Spurs' number of championships than the Rockets' number of 22-game winning streaks. Enjoy your footnote in the history books while we sit at home playing with our peckers and drafting 14th again.
only thing is there is no substance to saying the rockets titles have asterisks because a player retired. however the spurs first title is undoubtedly an asterisk title.. they played half a season and won during a lockout year, all-time records will show an asterisk indicating the lockout season, much like the winner of this season will too the half thing is just a joke, lighten up..
