I blame Bush for things that are Bush's fault. Just because you have trouble accurately meting out blame doesn't mean that all of us are similarly handicapped.

25 months of job growth is hardly "shameful." It is a better record than Bush.

It's very bad when people are entering the workforce at a faster rate. Which is why Obama's economy is defined as ****.

moon is so very biased and in love with Obama that he'll overlook even the most obvious of failures.

25 months of job growth is pretty good considering the situation when Obama took office. Why are you so blinded by Obama hate that you can't even give credit where credit is due?

Texx is such a liar that he will make s*** up and pretend that I said it because he doesn't have the ability to deal with facts and available evidence.

Not when the baseline is so low. It is a simple fact that Obama has yet to have one single month with a lower unemployment rate than the highest single month of Bush's presidency.

Yes, because Bush was such a spectacular f*** up that the economy was shedding three quarters of a million jobs PER MONTH when he left office. When that is what you hand off to your successor, it makes perfect sense that the successor will have a higher unemployment rate.

At least I am still in a little place i like to call reality. In reality, it makes perfect sense why the unemployment rate is so high, but you have been divorced from reality for so long that you think it is ME who is "dizzy and spinning."

    HILARIOUS

BigTexx, Basso, and all the other extreme conservatives have zero credibility in discussing anything political. Again, when you come from the extreme zone, you automatically put yourself in that position because the world just doesn't work that way. There's no way any one person could be as bad as these people say- especially someone in the role of a President whose decisions are governed/ modified/constricted by public opinion, the checks-and-balances system, etc. For example, you can't have someone become President who states that all homosexuals should be locked up. A President cannot single-handedly ruin an economy- yes, perhaps, affect it, but there are too many factors involved that are out of a President's control.

So, when the XRight does their "ObamaEvil" dance, just remember that they come from a place of zero credibility and that their opinions reflect this. I would also say that anyone who does the "BushEvil" dance, to be fair, deserves the same evaluation.

    Allow me to re-state my prior point;

It is a simple fact that Obama has yet to have one single month with a lower unemployment rate than the highest single month of Bush's presidency.

And, quite frankly, that understates the matter since so many people have stopped looking for work during the Obama admin, the real unemployment rate has been more like 10-11% month after month.

Not really.... not exactly a fan of the democrate party and not happy with Obama's willingness to bend over for agri-buisness....

Having said that, Obama is going to be re-elected.... people like him, he is extremely sharp and hard working, he has the infa-structure established and he is just a better candidate than Mitt Romney....

    Average U-3 under Bush:

    5.3%

    Average U-3 under Obama:

    9.2%

    Average U-6 under Bush:

    9.7%

    Average U-6 Under Obama:

    15.8%

At some point in time, you've got to stop blaming Bush.

Romney's been better than I would have expected so far and Obama's team has been incompetent in the last couple of months. Obama will receive the usual MSM cheerleading, so Romney has to fight through that. Still, for the first time ever, I think Romney has a reasonable shot.

Yes it is all subjective... it is my opinion.... felt the same way when Dems were harping that Kerry would beat Bush..... knew it wouldn't happen.... Romney, like Kerry, McCain, Dole and Mondale is a very forgettable candidate .......
