    Would you do this?

    http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=87rojfz

    Houston - gets
    Gasol/Darko

    LA gets
    Scola/Dalembert/D.Williams or Beasley/Barrea

    Mini Gets
    Kmart/S.Blake

Houston gets Gasol and the lenght of having three 7 footers in Gasol/Camby/Darko

The team will look like this after the trade assuming we bring back Camby and Dragic

    pg: Lowry/Dragic
    Sg: Lee/Bud
    SF: Parson/Bud/Morris
    PF: Gasol/Patterson/Morris
    C: Camby/Darko

I think this team would be pretty good at D.
Parson and Lee are great wing defenders and they can also score.
The length of Gasol & Camby on the floor at the same time would be awesome.

This team also would be great because most everyone can play more than 1 position and there would be a lot of playing time for everyone...

Lakers would get a good and speedy point guard in Barrea. Not really an upgrade but a good solid player. Good youth in Williams or Beasley (beasely wasnt allowed in the trade machine). Scola isnt a drop off from Gasol, Lakers get some payroll flexibility.

Mini does this because they get the SG they wanted, they may get rid of beasley whom they almost traded and they get rid of Darko who has fallen out off good graces with Adeleman. They get a speedy point guard that can play in the Read and react system and can play along side of luke ridnour.

Of course there would be some picks being thrown around but i wont get into that...

This keeps coming up and while it is possible that he goes #4, he is probably more likely to be gone with the #3 wizard's pick.

    PG: Wall
    SG: Beal
    SF: Vesely
    PF: Booker
    C: Nene

    why doesn't that happen?

I think I read from sports illustrated that Charlotte might be looking to shop their #2 pick... Could we give them lowry for that?

I can't see Charlotte trading #2. Not unless they're trading down to 4,5,6 and still getting the guy they would take at #2.

This line-up would take too long to develop and probably end up in the D-league for the season. Two of the smallest big men in the 1st round and we won't see them play until next season. We need legitimate big men now.

That team might get us a 4th seed at best but more likely a 6th or 7th seed if the Mavs and Lakers can improve their rosters.

4 first round rookies. Never going to happen. Especially when Les is telling Morey to trade to upgrade and make the playoffs.

First trade is intriguing. Second trade not so much.

angry about the M.Morris trade ?, M.Morris will be a double-double player, problem is the only way he can get those stats if he gets playing time, which he can`t at sf, occupied by C.Parsons, and they are both young.

the purpose of the trade is to fill the needs of the roster, and develop the younger players, but not getting to many rookies, unless we get Dwight & Deron, which i don`t think will be able to, i don`t see the Rockets competing deep in the playoffs again, so let the younger players play 10-15 minutes, they will make many mistakes, but, they will know their weaknesses, and they will learn and develop faster that way.
