It is sad that the OP is more the subject of this topic than the actual topic.
I just read the whole NY Times piece and it is very worth reading to understand the nature of the drone strikes and Obama's evolving view of them. It is also far from a hatchet piece in that while it airs critics it also shows how much of a tough spot the President is in as he tries to fight Al Qaeda while also preserving his own values.
