Andre Drummond and Perry Jones III not in his top 14? I would think the need for size would trump the motor issues on both of those players.

We all know he's trying to acquire Dwight. I'm talking about how he has the players in this draft rated, best to worst. What are his top 14?

Doesn't matter, his picks are bad and always what we need rather than the best guy available. He always picks some1 and everybody's like who or why didn't he pick so and so.

Ah, the Clutchfans resident pessimist is back. We've needed a center for years, but he has yet to draft one. Your whole post is flawed. He goes BPA, as he should, which is why I wouldn't be surprised to end up with another PF.

Whoever they like, he'll be happy to tell you that that player was rated Xth [very high] on their big board and they were happy they were able to get him at 14/16. "We thought we might have to trade up to get him but when he was available when we picked, we were happy to take him. ... We really like _____. He can _____. He's a great _____. We think he has a great future and can really help us."

    :)

I would scratch off Sullinger and Robinson both are 6'9" tweeners and the PF spot is going to get real crowded with Motiejunas (who has superior size and athleticism).

I would scratch Lillard because you don't use a draft pick on someone who will back up Lowry/Dragic.

I would scratch White due to his legal troubles and extreme fear of flying. Like him a lot, but the NBA lives in airplanes.

I would substitute J Lamb for D Lamb. J Lamb 5 picks lower than Beal could be a real steal.

Put Ross on the list somewhere.

Drummond is going to be a real project. He will probably be a really good center about the time he comes off of his rookie contract.

Jones seems way to much like Motiejunas for Morey to target him.

I really do not understand why Morey would target any PF in that range of picks. He has to clear immediate PT for Motiejunas.

So why exactly did he draft M Morris last year then?? did he think he would start?

i think Morey will see where other teams land tonight then start working the phones offering up a package of picks and players to move up in the draft..

Listen to Chad ford on the BS report that aired today. Skip to the 3/4 point where he talks about the Andre Drummond workout that he attended the other day. Then come back to the board. Im curious to see if that helps change your opinions a tad bit. I've been on the fence about Drummond myself as of lately.

There is no doubt he is going to take some time to develop, but from everything we here athletically this guy is up there with the Amare's and the Dwight Howards coming into the draft at a young age with raw skills.

No way in Hell that there isn't a GM drafting in the top 5 that doesn't take a swing at him.
