In terms of on-court demeanor/behavior, Kevin Garnett is probably the least likeable guy in the NBA. How Ray Allen can stand to share a lockerroom with that guy, I'll never know.
Ray is all class. Pierce has gotten better, not so whiny anymore. Rondo is iffy. Garnett? Wow. Complete antithesis of Ray.
I couldn't find my favorite Garnett story where he was talking crap to some young player all game. Then Stephen Jackson stepped up and basically told him to STFU or deal with Jackson instead. Garnett promptly STFU. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/3uqQpCo0d0E" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/sAfp6ZCsvGc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/OvCyZB1n6lE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Kevin Garnett: A History of Racism
And people still hate LeBron more than KG? You've gotta be kidding me. KG is a horrible person. Not sure who's a more horrible human being between him and MJ.
I recognize as much as anyone how horrible KG is, as a person, but in the first video the announcer points out that he better be careful pushing the ref's arm off him. Doesn't seem right that you're not allowed to remove someone's hands, when they're putting their hands on you. Otherwise what I hold most against KG is that he often acts like he wants to fight, but it becomes obvious he doesn't want to when the opportunity is actually there. I've seen him start fights, then run backwards, fast, when no one gets between him & his adversary.
