We wont be getting beal by the blazer pick. Very small chance. Don't get your hopes up.

No team in the top 5 would want Beal except Cleveland. Drummond would be best for them though. All the other teams are either good at SG or have more pressing needs.

Don't like him. Think he'll be an OK role player.

If Cleveland does not draft Beal, why would Portland pass on him, when they sort of need another go-to scorer to go with LaMarcus Aldridge? Most of all, Beal would be on a rookie salary.

Why would drummond best for them? With the cap space they have, they can sign one or wait for next draft when some better center prospects come out. Potentially great sgs are equally as rare as centers. Beal will be picked up by the cavs if they get the third pick. If he isnt, the blazers will go after him. They could then go after lin or dragic in free agency period. Lin/dragic and beal is much better than lowry Martin for the blazers.

They need a big man to pair with Irving.

They need a PG and a C more. We can provide both, with a scorer for just a pick.

Drafting beal and signing asik or mcgee is a much better move than drummond.

You're underrating the pick and oversimplfying their problems. Portland tanked so they wouldn't be a sixth place team. Getting lowry and Martin for the pick will put them right back there. Imo, they don't them as high as other teams do.

They have stated that they want to trade out of the 1st round.
