You could ask that question about 90% of the threads that basso posts. He reads a bunch of conservative blogs, and just reposts most of the material here on clutchfans.
He gets told what blogs to read, and then gets paid to post them and try and stir up interest in them on clutchfans.
I found this all rather interesting. It makes Obama seem more like a regular person as opposed to a slick politician. However, I do find it sad that Obama refuses to support ending the prohibition on mar1juana.
I guess its useful next time a Romney picking on disadvantaged kid in HS story breaks to slap down the inevitable "nobody reports on Obama in HS" waahmbulamces?
That is a pretty dumb way to look at things. Taking drugs is against the law and a character flaw. There are lots of people who don't do drugs and excel and are amongst the finest people on earth.
Keep moving those goalposts. If you actually read the link, you'd see that this has also been posted on abcnews, yahoo, NPR, and Time. And you know people read blogs because that's where you get the majority of your material from. Time to abandon the thread, basso.
sure, but now we have your admission that there's no difference between Time, WaPo, NYTimes, NPR, et al, and a random right wing blog, in either the quality, or accuracy, of their reporting. I always knew this, but it's nice to see you folks come around.
Not a big deal but unlike all the rest of basso's threads I'd say it's worthwhile just because it shows how cool and funny Obama was in high school. It makes me like him more. Just as I'm sure there are people on the other side that are more inclined toward Romney because he pinned down a gay kid and cut his hair.
