Well, I think the main reason was to vent. Which takes away 90% of the frustration. Sometimes having information to deal with Gate Agents and CSR's helps because they do lie to get out of situations. Venting could have been done without that. You know, you can get your point across WITHOUT yelling at people and they'll be much more courteous to you and will give you stuff for free. You probably upset them, when you two as humanly possible could have talked this out WITHOUT YELLING.
