    I think Yao still have a lot of upside left in the tank. If we signed him on the cheap, limit his minutes, and let him play more of a shooting center type role... I think he could be a great help to us.

    He's had plenty of time to heal

    I think he'd be cheap and besides... what other plans (hopes) do we have? seriously?? Middle of the draft from now on. Cross your fingers and hope we get someone?

    You are a helpless romantic. Only in our dreams Yao makes a comeback and gallantly leads the Rockets to a third championship. Sounds nice but isnt going to happen.

    Sorry Terry..as much as I like Yao, it's over. He'll never have the mobility that made him great, and he was never fast to begin with..now he'd be slower. The only thing he'd still have left is his soft touch, but with all thus time off, his shooting wouldnt be as accurate. It's just too late for the poor guy.
