    qft. i was one of those bad ass kids growing up. used to play skate or die on the nes, wear vision streetwear, and ride my rob roskopp skateboard as kid. now i get irritated hearing some snotty-nosed little b*stard riding a skateboard on the sidewalk (they seem unusually loud these days).

    it's ok, op. you'll be farting in grocery store isles without a care in the world in no time. luby's>piccadilly. :grin:

    Kingwood is HARDCORE.

    Last year during the drought, I would routinely see people watering their lawns on days not designated by the MUD district.

    Dang! Kingwood must be a hard place to grow up. I think z-ro, trae, and all them rep the K-dub. Surprised they made it out

    I hated it whenever my basketballs would go over the neighbor's fence. Also I broke my neighbor's fence a lot.

    My friends and I used to scream a lot when playing outside. Especially when we're wrestling or playing capture the flag. The whole street hated that.

    Seriously the same freaking kids came over again to play ball, they look at me like nothing happened 2 days prior. Tell them to get off again and they act so surprised that we are telling them that. seriously.

    I myself grew up on the hardened mean streets of K-Town and can hardly believe the OP survived an ordeal like that.

    I grew up in Baytown when there was only enough old housing there for Plant folk and Goose Creek teachers, my parents moved to Clear Lake when I was in college at U of H and I was in Memorial for eight months last year; but I never went out, so I really don't know anything at all about Houston's neighborhoods. Isn't Kingwood a reasonably decent suburb/MPC for North Houston? How do all the different areas (Sugarland, Bellaire, Heights et al) rank against each other?
