I was ticked off last week when they wouldn't show Jamie escaping or getting caught. I am equally upset this week when they don't show Jamie escaping again. It's like Jamie magically teleports out of camp with no guards noticing. The event of Catelyn/Brienne breaking out Jamie seems big and meaningful to me. show it. How much could it possibly cost to film and it is one of very few actions scenes they could show. They also didn't show Halfhand's men getting slaughtered by wildlings. I understand they need to save money and thus avoid battle scenes, but they seem to be avoiding any action at all and instead have some character explain the action later. lame. Other then that the episode was good. Dialogue kept me intrigued (Tyrion/Varys scenes were exceptional).
Apparently they dumped a third of the season's budget on the upcoming battle between Stannis and the Lannisters so expect a lot of action in that battle.
indeed, i like i they showed the boyish side of "i dont want to marry the frey girl" it was a great episode, i was expecting to see the house of the undying i guess they will do the battle of black water and danaerys' visit to the house of the undying in the same episode, the last two episodes should be action packed
Oona Chaplin. She's the grand-daughter of Charlie Chaplin. Ever see "Doctor Zhivago"? Her mom is Geraldine Chaplin who played Zhivago's wife. And yes, she's real easy on the eyes. Especially in last night's episode (boing!).
Yeah she is freakin hot as hell. Something about her. Also looks a little like Jennifer Love Hewitt. Cant wait for the last two episodes! This show is climbing up fast on my all time favorites. Only behind Breaking Bad and Dexter for now.
Haha a shame they couldn't use Ja'quen for Tywin, Joffrey, and Cersei... would have been an epic assassination spree
it sucks that this thread goes 2 days without discussion the conversation with yara and theon was quite interesting, as much as she talks trash to theon she still cares, danearys arc is everybit as boring as i thought it would be with a few good surprises, they way they played ros into that role was pretty well done "i thought you only liked blondes", its a shame that bronn doesnt get more screen time his character is really fun, whoever pointed out the arya shrug i went back and watched it just for that, and it was worth every bit, really makes me think about her future
The Yara and Theon dynamic seems a bit . . . .disjointed [I did not realize she was his OLDER sister. I thought her being younger is what made it all the more insulting] up until that point . . . she didn't seem to care for him at all He show of caring . . . was kind of abrupt and out of the blue Rocket River
I think that he gained some respect from her for his ballsy capture of Winterfell, even though she's mocking him in the great hall scene. The Ironborn only respect badassery and the 'iron price'.
Not so much. She's already established her domination and put him in his place. Their father isn't around to see any perceived "weakness".
