Ugh you idiot Kam, Van Persie is English not Mexican. Don't you know he plays in England so obvy he's English. Sheesh.
I sort of kind of like this alternate uniform the Dynamo are wearing... I'm watching on 1692 on U-verse and it looks like they're wearing the TV Test Color Pattern... and the crowd is making a beeping sound.
Question to those who have been to the new stadium: There is a big screen outside of the stadium on the Northwest side of the stadium. Does it show the Dynamo game that is currently being played inside the stadium (for like tailgaters and such)?
Haven't checked that out yet, but I'd like to see a game like that. Maybe. I think i rather be in the stadium. Dynamo getting Clutch. Carmago with the goal to tie it up at 2.
I'll be tailgating next Saturday. Then "walking" into the stadium. Then standing for 90 minutes. Then taking a nap.
I realize it's a huge stretch but why not at least place a call to Drogba's agent? If he's willing to play in China, maybe the MLS wouldn't be out of the question, too.
Thats it? He has a friend in China so he's done playing even remotely competitive soccer? All I said was that it's worth a call to his agent to see if there is any interest.
yeah, he wants to play ball with his pals. It doesn't hurt to the kick the tires, but I think he already made up his mind, and winning CL kinda sealed it.
His pal most likely won't be on that team next season. I think it's money that talks. MLS won't be able to pay Drogba what he can earn in China or the Middle East. Pretty sure Don Garber and MLS have talked to Drogba(and/or his agent) about considering MLS but they and teams probably know odds are low except Drogba would accept a lower salary than he'd probably earn in Asia/Middle East.
How do you know this? I mean, what, are there rumors about this? He would be entertaining to see, but I don't think he would work in the Dynamo's scheme, or at least while Dominic is here.
No Cameron or Donovan tomorrow right, they are both called up to the US National Team. Yay for Cameron, looks like he is gonna get a shot to play in some WC Qualifiers.
Dynamo defender Andre Hainault got selected to play with Canada for World Cup Qualifying and Galaxy forward Robbie Keane is playing with Ireland to prepare for Euro 2012.
The international break is going to hurt the Dynamo more than most. Not only are they tied for the most players missing for international competition with four (Cameron, Hainault, Watson and Taylor), but those players are going to miss two games rather than just one.
