Beal and Lamb are bothgood defenders! You cannot compare them to KEVIN MARTIN!

    Andre Drummond
Place Picked: Will probably be picked at around the 2nd-6th spot.
Possible Trade Partners: Sacramento Kings, Portland TrailBlazers
    Trade Scenario 1:
I would only consider this trade if Davis, MKG, Robinson, Beal were all gone. If the Kings are looking at trading the pick, we could trade Dalemebert, Lowry, 16th for 5th pick from Kings to draft Drummond.
    Trade Scenario 2:
If, for some reason, the Kings decided to pick Harrison Barnes. We could trade Lowry, dalembert to blazers for Blazers 6th pick to get Drummond.

Note: These are all hypothetical as the Draft lottery will shake places up.

I like Beal and Lamb. I would not be upset if they were picked instead of Taylor. The thing i like about Taylor is his leadership qualities seeing as he was the leader of that Vanderbilt team for most of his college career. Those type of qualities translate well to the league.

In My Opinion, the Best Scenario

Grabbing Beal and Zeller, or Draft Day

    Trade 1

Lowry, Martin, 14th pick to Partland Trail Blazers for Both Lottery Picks(Currently 6th and 11th)

Hopefully, Beal drops to the 6th spot. The Bobcats will take Davis, and I see the Wizards grabbing MKG. Cleveland will hopefully look for a good big man in either Thomas Robinson or Andre Drummond. I believe that the Hornets will take the remaining of Robinson or Drummond, or grab Barnes. They won't want a hooting guards as they have Eric Gordon. The Kings will look at either Drummond to pair with Cousins, or grab Barnes to stabilize a very shaky SF crop. Lucky for us, most early teams won't want a SG like Beal other than maybe Cleveland.

Tyler Zeller would be a perfect pickup for us at the 11th spot. He will not be a star, but will be a good starting center with defense and a good low-post game. We can look at him as maybe the Pau Gasol type player that the Rockets organization wanted earlier.

Beal will be our future star and Zeller will be that young center we always needed. This will result in us rebuilding without completley tanking.

Our Future Lineup will look like:

    PG-Goran Dragic/Sergio Llull
    SG-Bradley Beal/Courtney Lee
    SF-Chandler Parsons/Marcus Morris
    PF-Donatas Motiesjunas/Luis Scola
    C-Tyler Zeller/Marcus Camby

At the early stages, Scola and Camby will be starting and teaching and mentoring Donuts and Zeller. But, as shown, our future lineup will look as so, if my scenario pans out. If possible, we may be able to then, package: Scola, Camby, Patterson, to Miami for Chris Bosh and Joel Anthony. If this happens, I would love to see a starting line-up of Dragic,Beal, Parsons, Bosh, Zeller, with Donuts as our 6th man.

Note: This scenario was taken from BigMaloe, as he thought of trading for both of the Blazers picks; I just left of where he had begun.

Don't want him either. Was just listing realisitic possibilities. By the way, I really liked you Portland trade idea, so I followed along with it. Beal and Zeller? I think so...

Yeah, the Dallas pick is top 20 protected for a few more years.

    Completely ridiculous.

Evans is still the same guy who managed to average 20 5 5 in his rookie year, only the third player who managed to do that in history of the NBA, at 19, without any sort of mid range or long range shooting ability. He was absolutely dominant off the dribble - at 6'6 with a 7'0 wingspan -, a unique blend of elite length and speed. He has some worrisome health issues, but still incredibly high potential.

The blame here is fully on the organization. Their absolute and complete failure to develop young talent is mind-boggling. The Maloofs are broke and they decide to save on the coaching staff and other personnel, while also keeping the payroll at the minimum - I think they had the lowest among all the teams for couple consecutive years. The staff under Westphall didn't even provide basic scouting reports - they were the only team in the league going against opponents completely unprepared, go figure - let alone a coherent offense / defense, proper use of their players and their gradual development.

He's a great talent and will be - barring serious injury - a very good player. It just won't happen in Sacramento.

That's why it wouldn't surprise me if sac went for the trade. Poorly run organization.

I agree, but their GM - Petrie - is smart and extremely good at evaluating talent. He would never allow such a trade. Unless of course he was forced into it, but I don't think even the Maloofs would be dumb enough to accept so little for Evans. Although I've stopped trying to understand them some time ago, you never know with them.

NOLA coach not impressed with the draft. Lowry + 14 to move up for Beal or Drummond, get 'er done, Morey.

Monty Williams is trying to get NOLA management to trade and sign free agents with their cap space so he can have a playoff contender and keep his j-o-b. LOL, so obvious.

    Good find.

I do think as do most people that there is only one MEGA STUD in this draft, but there's a lot of second-tier talent.

Still, we have a track record of trading with New Orleans. I'll take that #4-ish pick (some team will likely leapfrog into the top 3) and dump some salary, too. Why not?

    Robin Lopez

We should sign him for around 5 to 7.5 per for 3 yrs. Would the Suns match? Along with Camby at a vet mini., plus Greg Smith. We are set at the 5 for a few years - well serviceable. When/if Montiejunas pans out this is all we will need.

Trade up for SuperStar or down for a sleeper the middle of the first round is not the best place for us - times two.
