Nothing but respect for them as an organisation and as a team though I still dislike Ginobli with a passion and the calls Duncan gets.

But it's crazy, they are 29-2 with a 11 game winning streak, 2 losses and then this 18 game winning streak!

    he's just pointing out reality.
It sucks that they have all this success and we don't. but as fans, we can't control that.

    What'd Manu do to Brooks?

Manu didn't ruin Brooks' career. He saved the Rockets from signing Matt Maloney v2.0

Why so? The Rockets (and the legions of Rocketsheep) have been watching this for the past 12 years. They should have a frickin' book of notes by now which should be titled "This Is How You Do It". Maybe if they win NBA title no. 5, R.C. Buford will send Morey an autographed copy but knowing DM, unless it's an ebook on an iPad, he won't bother to read it.

Yes. Playoff games are much harder to win than regular season games.

Maybe the Rockets need to look at their own history to see how they were successful.

Can't do that when you are churning your roster at a greater than 50% clip every single offseason.

I think Kenny brought that up on Inside the NBA. Teams like Boston and the Spurs haven't had major changes, so they have an advantage in chemistry in this shorten season.

You sir are an idiot. I have been a Rockets fan since 1971 - when did you show up? And yes, I'm extremely critical of all the BS this organization has given us over the past 15 years. I can accept losing because no team wins all the time. I can accept the fact that injuries happen because the players are human beings and human beings get hurt. I can even accept the fact that sometimes, even when you do everything right, things can still go wrong. But, what I have NO patience for is an organization of dimwits that couldn't find their collective asses in a closet with a flashlight AND written directions. I also have zero tolerance for all of the petty, insecure Rocketsheep who whine and snipe and try to belittle San Antonio's success just because they, unlike the Rockets, actually happen to know WTF they are doing.

That would be a great starting point because what they have been doing for the past 15 years ain't working.

How is Brooks' going to China Manu's fault?

Brooks had scored 19 points in the first half of that game and the Rockets were up on the Spurs and playing well.

Manu undercut him on a half court shot, and Brook severely sprained his ankle, and was never the same for the rest of the year.

But you are right, him going to China had nothing to do with Manu.

Brooks will be back and just as good as he was before now that he is fully healthy.

He is a very good NBA scoring PG.....but Dragic is better.

I called the Spurs to win the title...before the start of the playoffs...and so far I look quite accurate in my prediction...but with that said...

    OKC will not get swept.

I think Perkins/Ibaka combo will neutralize Duncan in the post...

There is no one that can effectively slow Durant down...

Westbrook and Harden match up well with Ginoblii and Parker...

The remaining is all about the bench...

Spurs and their bench is far superior than OKC...which will be a difference...

Spurs in 7...and will be the best series of this post season...shame these games wont be for the NBA title...

I know you're just doing your "used to walk 2 miles in the snow to watch the Rockets" shtick, but plenty of people are aware of the 22 game win streak. It was talked about a lot on ESPN at the time.

I honestly wouldn't mind seeing the Spurs just sweep the entire post-season... not only would it be a pretty awesome thing to witness but also, somehow, hilarious.
