I disagree with the statement MJ is the best ever. There are arguments that can be made for a number of other players - Kareem, Wilt, Magic etc.

Kobe is as close as it gets to mj's combination of skill, athleticism, leadership, and competitiveness. Much as I dont like Kobe.

Since when are Duncan/Shaq/Kobe greater than Hakeem?

Out of those 4, it'd be Hakeem, Duncan, Shaq, Kobe.

It's Kobe. You would think "ROCKETS FANS" would know first hand since Kobe been killing the rockets for the past decade and more.... or have you guys forgotten?

Don't be such a homer. You won't see Hakeem on most of top 10 lists.

After reaserching, I changed my list to...
    1. MJ
    2. Magic
    3. Kareem
    4. Bird
    5. Kobe
    6. Hakeem
    7. Wilt
    8. Russell
    9. Duncan
    10. Shaq

Kobe is an amazing player, but not as good as Magic, Kareem or Bird. I think Kobe and Hakeem are about equal. Wilt and Russell played in an era with no other dominant big men, and they pretty much were men vs boys. I truly don't think that they were as talented or good as Kareem or Hakeem.

Ummmm. Yes you will....most lists have him around 8th. But, if you ever listen to former players who played against or with Hakeem, he'll be raked alot higher. Many people don't know the true greatness of Hakeem. He dominated in every aspect of the game. Post moves, rebounding, leadership, blocks, steals, scoring, you name it.

Voted for Kareem as he played way longer than Magic and was a dominant force for centuries.

Can't believe Kobe is leading this poll, if this would've been public the voters should be banned from every basketball board.

I was actually looking for a way to do that. Don't think I can. Is there any way for me to see if the people who voted are members or random people lurking Clutchfans?

You can only vote if you're a member here. The "public" option should've been there when you made the poll, you must've missed it.

I think you forgot to add Michael Jordan as one of your options.
