I'd say coming back from a 24 point deficit, though not as insurmountable in the opening stages of a game, is a bit of a challenge and I think the Spurs handled it swimmingly. They might not have been challenged down the wire, but I don't think any team in the playoffs right now would really want to go up against them regardless.
Lol at this fool not wanting to give credit where credit is due. Just total ignorance and blind hate.
IMO the only thing that will stop the Spurs from winning the whole thing is an injury to a key player. Pop has never been hesitant to rest his players to keep them fresh. The Clippers are not going to win 3 in a row against the full lineup. I would not be at all surprised to see Pop rest the big 3 tomorrow to keep them from playing back-to-back and possibly getting injured. It keeps them fresh for the remainder of the playoffs and it gives time to his bench. If the Clippers do win, the Spurs should easily take care of business back in SA for game 5. I'm not saying I would do the same thing, but I think Pop is at least strongly considering it. That dude does things unconventionally at times, but you can't argue with his results.
this is the playoffs, pop wont rest them tomorrow. He will try to close the series. He had alrady rested the big 3 all year long so they can have a long playoff run. And of course, the spurs will sweep the clippers easily tomorrow. Im looking forward for spurs vs okc... thats the nba finals.
I actually think the Spurs bench might be able to win the game tomorrow. Call me crazy, but if this happens, look out!
I don't agree with what he said. He thinks or wonders if it will hurt SA later since they haven't been challenged. JVG likes to slobber over the Heat. If the Heat were playing this well, sweeping opponents, I think he would take a different stance. Such as "They're playing really good basketball and are at the top of their game right now and I don't see a team beating them." Ehh, not so much for the Spurs. "Well they haven't beaten anyone yet or been challenged and it's gonna hurt them later!" No, he didn't say that but that's how he came across. Stop. Give them credit, they're playing some damn good basketball and have been for awhile now. They were down 20+ points today and came back. Again, credit to them and hey, I wouldn't mind seeing them in the Finals and perhaps even winning it. /rant
Essentially they are copying some of Adelman's offense.... and Duncan doing the Dream Shake? It works ... I'd rather watch Red unis than those black ones doing the work

anyone else watching hockey right now? currently it's 1-0 Phoenix over LA. Halfway over in the second period. Part of me wants it to go to overtime, the other part says don't mess up the tv schedule for the NBA.
J.A. Adande @jadande Chris Paul just arrived at Staples Center, walking like a peg-legged pirate. Not a good sign for Clippers.
Seen it 3 times in the last week. I want to see some resistance, some push but their is none of that here.
