LOLOL..I know right? I remember when I went to an Astros/Rangers game 2 seasons ago and some dude in my section had on a freaking Mariners jersey cheering for the Rangers. Lol
In fairness around 2006 when I made the trip to Arlington half the crowd was Astro fans. Last year maybe a few dozen of us.... People love a winner
lmao@ the announcer saying we're copying the Rangers way when interviewing Ryan. maybe when we start spending money but not right now. And I was more impress with the La dodgers than this Texas team. If they can't hold on to hamilton, they will come down to earth and then some.
Even without Hamilton, the Rangers are still a really deep and really good team. But the Rangers started their turn around by rebuilding/restocking their farm system and that's what the Astros have been doing lately so I can see that reference. I really dislike how many bandwagon Rangers fans there are now. When I was in Lubbock the past few years they started to pop up in full force as they made their World Series run and now I see it has trickled down to Houston as well.
That was a sweet win. Nice to see the Rangers lose in such exciting fashion. Not sure how Myers made that tag but he should have thrown that ball IMO. He gambled and it worked out.
