I think it's the ball movement.... they are 4th in assists total.
And they shoot a high percentage as a team.
The only weakness they are not a defensive powerhouse overall as they used to be but they are good enough for average defense and elite offense.

The Clippers aren't capable of stopping the spurs. The Clippers can't defend the three at all. THe Clippers badly need a stretch four to spread the floor for CP3. The only postive of the series is the coming of age of Eric Bledsoe...

Why not? He averaged about 8 points in the regular season. While he contributes on boards and rebounds, he's still underachieving in that category. Clippers need points no matter how you dice it.

He averaged 3.6 ppg in the 1st round of the playoffs. You answered your own question. Most of his points in the regular season probably were dunks. Playoffs are more physical and your opponents expose your weaknesses and it also turns into a half court game. Non of these are in favor of DeAndre Jordan. He is not Javale McGee who can give you a random 20 on some nights. DeAndre Jordan is a non threat offensively.

Clips are outplayed. It was pretty sad to see SA's reserves nailing 3s with Tim Duncan out of the game. Also, San Antonio's pick and roll killed the clips tonight. It just seemed LA's defense was a notch slower on every SA possession.

Spurs biggest advantage is Coach Pop. I'll take that over all that other stuff.

DJ's offense, 95% of the time, comes off alley-oops from PnR'ing with Paul.

If Griffin can't get his by doing this, DJ sure as hell can't.

People need to realize that the Spurs aren't an old team anymore. Yes, Duncan and Ginobli are aging but their best player just now turned 30. Diaw is 30, Green is 24, Leonard is 20, Neal is 27, Splitter is 27, and Blair is 23. With such a deep young team the older guys like Duncan, Jackson and Manu only have to play 35 min or less on most nights.

Who the hell is Danny Green? All I see him do is drain threes.
Great organization. They got bashed for years calling them old. They remained composed and retooled, and now you got some real contenders again.

Don't let the media dictate your team.

Detroit Pistons fell into that sinkhole . I felt they should've remained together a little bit longer. Instead they looked around and said , this young Ben Gordon and Charlie look young and promising.

Lob City = 4 on 5 basketball. i wouldn't mind if the Clippers brokeup Lob City this off-season. Blake is a liability on defense, DJ is a liability on offense, and neither is a consistent shooter outside the paint. i wouldn't mind if they traded the tandem off for a more consistent low post player and a stretch four.

    i suggest these guys...

Spurs is a great organization. A lot of free agents didnt want to play there because they are a small market. Thats what I love about spurs because they can even still win championships even though big name players didnt want to sign there. What is so funny is that other teams with superstars cant beat the spurs. The spurs are very unselfish team. Pop made all of his players together to play hard in very game because of his style in practice. Sure, they are an old team, but they can still play hard because they have been together for a long time. I expect them to win NBA championship this year. I like the way they play and they are just too good. Well-deserved San Antonio.

Deandre Jordan + his contract is a trade negative. The Magic don't want an expensive "liability" in return for Howard.

Deandre Jordan is a young defensive center whose numbers compare to a young Tyson Chander. Deandre Jordan would be a good fit with a power forward who actually could hit a jump shot such as LaMarcus Aldridge or Kevin Love. i actually like DeAndre Jordan and have a bigger problem with Blake Griffin who is both a defensive and offensive liability. Blake is very hard player to pair with.

While they have no chance to win the series, I predict the Clippers will win today because CP3 will get tired of TP's footprints on his behind.

This is where you can't count out the Spurs. It's a 48-minute game and they will keep playing and executing until the Clippers take their foot off the gas. I've seen them come back from big early deficits more times than I can count.

IMO, it's 50/50 the Spurs will take the lead before the end of the 3rd quarter.
