Tinman, you have been fighting this 'true fans' against 'only fans' war for years...give it a rest...

That is personal vendetta, in a way against his own kind.... you are telling me you are once almost an Only fan?
what does tinman do, befriend Dorothy? or Tracy?

I agree. Yao should be honored by fans and non Rocket fans.

hahahaha. I like your speculation, but no. you need to learn the history of clutchfans first, then you'll understand.

I'm just waiting for tinman to use the responses in some way to bash tmac and his fans.

Proves you are a true tinman. Did you find your heart that you were craving with the 90er Rockets team?

    Keep it coming brah

Well Yao Ming himself will notice but he does not need it, the guy is like Kobe but when he retired people will go on talking about him as an entrepreneur, or guy that changed China's face and being a global ambassador
whereas people just talk about Kobe's greatness in basketball and question whether he was the next Jordan for the unforeseeable future

I don't hate Yao, but I don't love him either. I do hate his fans that put him above the team, however.

Its funny how tinman gets to choose who is a real rockets fan, and who isn't. If you don't like Vernon Maxwell, you're not a real fan. If you think Yao is just as big a failure as t-mac, you're not a real fan. If you think the MVP is a popularity contest, you're not a real fan.

I personally don't hate either. I liked Yao. And people often forget how much McGrady did for us. He lifted us out of thos horrible pinstripe francis-yao-mobley days into a knew are where we actually could put the ball into the net.lol. McGrady did quit on us, but think about where we would have been those years without McGrady. He pretty much put the team on his back game in and game out.

That would be sweet if I had power to distinguish the true fans. However that's a question between your soul and if it deserves the summit .
:interesting you bring up Maxwell . He and Yao have the same birthday and share the great number 11.

Those were called yofs. They didn't care about the team or city.
They were defeated by the clutch fans avengers. Heroes united .
