Just saw the pictures of Zimmer"man"'s life threatening injuries. I've done more damage to the back of my head with my Gillette Mach 3 on many occasions I got popped by a friend of mines wild six year old girl who did more damage than was exhibited on his face. If he was "in fear of his life", he must be afraid for his life, A LOT.
i agree those injuries are a poor excuse for self defense and they claim that he had two black eyes where are the pictures of that.
Do you want to add in the other factors that Zimmerman said were happening (which passed a lie detector test) or do you prefer this watered down scenario? Hand over mouth, threatening to kill him etc...
Dude quit saying stupid stuff. Martin has no right to attack Zimmerman. He could have called the police and reported Zimmerman.
Think about what you're saying for a second, which is obvious that's what you should have done before you hit the submit button. Should you have to wait until your 'effin skull is in two pieces before you are able to defend himself? I'm glad juries have more sense than some of you, or we may be in trouble.
Because if you are a Zimmer "man" the only way to defend yourself is to put a bullet in a teenager at point blank range. If you are that incapable of handling physical conflict, you shouldn't be that gung-ho about seeking it out. Bottom line.
This is getting old. A dispatcher is a civilian employee who is in all likelihood a sissy female sitting behind a desk. She doesn't care about the burglaries and likely didn't know the history out there. What a dispatcher says isn't gospel and Zim didn't do anything illegal in following Martin. I don't see what's so hard to understand?
And you shouldn't whoop someone's ass for "following" you. Martin played the game and didn't read the rulebook. It cost him. I'm sure he knew exactly how old he was too. That's probably the first thing he asked him. I almost forgot, people don't even start committing crimes until they're much older than that. Think about what you're saying.
No he wouldn't have had to wait for anything but the police had he listened to the dispatcher . And it clear a lot of juries don't have sense take the ones who just let the ex officer get away with kicking someone in the head.
Oh and didn't cost Zimmerman, right? You know the guy that might be on his way to being raped left and right.
Remember, we do not know who attacked who and maybe never will. According to several in this thread he had the right to follow Martin, yes? Well, I don't call and report people to the police who are doing something they supposedly have a right to do.
Under Stand Your Ground though Martin has no obligation to retreat and a right to fight back if he feels he is being threatened by Zimmerman. Since it isn't clear who started the physical altercation it is just as possible that Martin acted in self-defense and Zimmerman countered with the gun when he was losing the fight. Also since this was brought up earlier, a polygraph test isn't admissible in court.
Wrong again. A dispatcher for 911 is sometimes a police officer, but either way has been trained in the procedures and desires of law enforcement They are the official representing the procedures that law enforcement and other emergency responders want to be followed.
