Looked legit until I got up close. I snapped a pic. Didn't want to be too obvious in case it was a legit cop with a chip on his shoulder (the kind I seem to attract for ticket-giving), hence it's not the greatest pic. The license plate wasn't exempt and had a Marines logo on it. The bumper has a big crack in it on the bottom left hand side. Cop cars are usually in good repair. The side of the car had no city or other kind of identification. There's a sheriff-style star (but five pointed, upside down) on the front door that says 'traffic enforcement' Is this legal?
That's not a POLICE car... that's a POL ICE car. Yes, but he can't turn the lights or his siren on. He's probably a rent-a-cop or a dude with about three weeks of training at the local mall for security. Can't legally stop you unless he's making a citizen's arrest.
