I'm all for black power, but one of the downsides of being a criminal is bad things happening to you sometimes while committing a crime.

If The Avengers were to seek out Loki, drag him from whatever hole he's hiding in, and beat him until his spine broke leaving him paralyzed for life ... well, I'd say it's too bad, but wouldn't be too bothered by it. Unless, Thor intervenes...

I wish Quanell would get called out for taking the reward money for all the dudes that are wanted and giving them the bull**** that he will help them turn themselves in so they won't be harmed by the police.

Maybe Chad Holley shouldn't have gone and robbed.

I find it funny that you go out and rob a store or burglarize a home, and still try to justify your actions and blaming the cops for stopping you.

The kid would have kept running away if the car didn't pin him to the gate.

He will be back on the street committing the same crimes in no time.

Yeah, it's pretty simple don't run away from the police or burglarize a home...

Can someone point me in the direction of the statute that says cops can beat you once they have you in custody? If you want that to be the case, work to change the law. Until then, cops must be responsible for their unlawful actions, regardless of who the victim is.

Holley broke the law, but that doesn't mean a cop, who's suppose to uphold the law, can break the law themselves to arrest you.

    2 wrongs don't make a right.

I tend to agree, but unfortunately this happens a lot, this just happned to be taped...

In the video, I don't get what the first cop on the scene kicking the suspect, and then another cop looks like he's chasing him and they run off...

Cops have to deal with a lot of crappy people on a daily basis. If they want to take out some of their frustration on criminals I really don't care.

That is the problem on so many levels.
    You and many DON'T CARE.

And generally, when the cops get there hands on the people
they are not criminals. . . they are criminal suspects.

If you don't care when they beat up someone you don't care about
why should anyone care when they beat up on someone you do care about.
