Drake is a disgrace to rap, and since he tries to rep the H, he is an even bigger disgrace to Houston.

Just had to air that out. I bet he lip syncs quite well, sad you paid a poor man's weekly salary to see that.

Rap has different faces and evolves with the time. He's not what you call old school rap or street ****, but he helped bring hip-hop to a wider audience and the alternate, instrumental vibe is something I like. I hate the tracks with Minaj and other clowns, but Houstatlantavegas, Little Bit, Best I Ever Had, Fireworks, etc. have a good vibe and are great to listen to.

Drake should be an inspiration to us all. From overcoming a gun shot wound that left him paralyzed and in a wheelchair to the epic greatness he is today. Something to be admired in the man.

Hip-Hop was not in the best state when he hit the scene with some of his mixtapes, it doesn't matter what happened 20 years ago.

Drake makes great music for his genre and demo. He's not 'hard' or 'street'... However, those that hate on him typically aren't either.

Ever heard Master P, Lil B, Soulja Boy? You don't have to like Drake, but "worst rapper", seriously?

I would only go if Bun B, z-ro, trae, or some other H-tawn boyz showed up.

That would be the only way you would see me there!

I don't hate on him because he is neither street or hard (though his cockiness projects that he thinks he is.) I hate on him because I've is highly overrated.

He get away with pseudo-singing, watered down lyrics, and the most simple similes and metaphors. Especially the horribly corny similes, in which some of his fans react to as if they are the most clever ever recorded.

Also his songs are all about the same things, he is clearly not a diverse artists. If you are female, I understand the love for a light skinned, smoothed voice artist, the music industry has been exploiting women in that way since Elvis.

But the guys liking drake definitely warrant a "smh" I don't think y'all are exactly Drizzy's target audience.

Most mainstream rap is trash nowadays honestly. Drake's lyrics are especially bad though. I could see teenagers loving it but then again they love dubstep.......Girls seem to like him though.

Mainstream might be trash to you but its mainstream because people buy it. Drake just wants to be successful...and he is. So if you ain't been a part of it at least you got to witness

It's funny. 90% of Drake's rap consists of how people hate on him. If he didn't have critics like you he'd probably suffer from writers block lol.
