    They almost faced a lawsuit by me. A bouncer put me in a chokehold at a friends bachelor party, I wasn't even drunk! I asked to speak to a manager because I left my phone at my seat and they wouldn't allow me or someone to accompany me to get it. So I asked to speak to a manager and the bouncer claimed to be the manager, when I asked to speak to the GM he told me to go outside, I said after I speak to a manager, he then pushed me towards the door and I told him he had no right to do that, he then put me in a chokehold.

    Problem is, I didn't go to the hospital. I tried to call the cops, but without a phone, and with drunk friends who didn't know what happened and assumed I had been in the wrong, wouldn't call either. So my lawyer told me it would be a difficult case.

    Nonetheless, I complained to the GM and they asked me not to involve lawyers. They told me I can come in anytime with friends and they'll buy our drinks and cover charge. I told them to f themselves, that I was going still suing.

    At that point I knew that I couldn't win, I just had no desire to return to Treasure's, so I decided to make him sweat.

    Haha I've been there! Who hasn't it's an institution....here boys become men lol, I've had fun upstairs there....anyways what's this motion is it bs and it'll get dismissed or are they really gonna close it??? There's prostitution at every club not just there....ask el hitman
