I'm looking to get back in the gym and gain some muscle. I wanted to find a business that offers personalized meal and exercise plan that caters to my specific goal. I'm not interested in a trainer, i just need guidance on the plans. i wanted to get serious about this so it's important i go into this with something i can believe in, as oppose to a one size fits all approach from out a magazine. Can anyone help with this??

Starting Strength is very popular on the reddit fitness forums

    http://www.amazon.com/Starting-Stre...2738/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1337209647&sr=8-1

I haven't started the program but plan to soon.

The author Mark Rippetoe answers questions here

I like his focus on physics and biomechanics.

This is exactly what a trainer does.

I just saw one on Fountainview and Richmond. Forgot what it was called but it was in a mini strip center behind burger king. It was called something Meals. Never tried those personally. I do know that nearly all regimes will require you to eat six meals a day. The portions depending on your goals.

I don't need instruction, motivation or the bill that comes with a trainer lol

I have lifted before so I'm not extremely clueless, my issue would be having something to follow religiously

You still need someone to design the program you're asking for. That is what we do.

Exactly.. i was looking for the meal and exercises program only.. I'm not interested in any sessions. I know there is no money in what i want but i couldn't afford a trainer anyway. Also a tailored meal program would be the main thing i would be looking for. It's hard to put one together yourself and stick to it if you have no faith in it..

I've been hired to design a program and not actually train the individual. You want a good experienced trainer who would probably charge you for maybe 1 or 2 hours of his time....hence, you only buy 1 or 2 sessions.

O ok.. you say program, that includes the lifting and meal plan correct? Do you have a site with more information on yourself?

Why don't you just use this time to quickly do some research online?

What you're asking for shouldn't be too hard to come up with, if you've lifted before. A one size fits all plan should work for you just fine, if it's a good one.

I'm by no means a seasoned litter lol.. I'm just not a completed novice. I have takena quick glance online but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. My reason for coming here was hopefully i would find someone here with a good recommendation.. someone who has been in the same boat I'm in.

What are you looking for? Your goal seems like a pretty common one. Just cover the major articulations through a mixture of compound and isolated movements, keeping reps at 8 or less, and progressively increase the weight. Allow 2-3 days rest, at least, between the same workout/muscle groups. Sleep and hydration.

I need to put some muscle on bad. I'm no longer lightning quick. I lost many steps years ago. I need to put on muscle and get strong. Have the ladies grab on to my ripped arms.
