What? You got scare from watching your mommy getting raped by tentacles and bursting out of her chest? June 1 in UK and some part of Europe and June 8 in North America.
So don't spend 20 bucks a ticket to watch this in IMAX? Man I was having really high hopes for this one.

If you were an Alien or Aliens fan then you should be excited about this movie. If you didnt care for them.....then fair enough.
I don't know man, the poster at the top of this page wrote an opinion about a movie and you replied with an alien rape joke about his mom because you thought his opinion was dumb. I'm not reporting you, but you are out of line.
I know a troll when I see one. I'm pretty sure he's trolling me. When some people see my thread they will troll with stupid comment such as that. I know I'm an outspoken person and know when I'm being target. The movie is not even out yet and the guy is making that comment.
So I don't want any spoilers, but surely FOX has advanced screened this. Are there positive reviews? Not going on the Prometheus forum sites.
Am I the only one that sees 90% Mass Effect influence in these designs? (Sorry if this was said earlier, I didn't want to bother sifting through 12 pages of "what an epic trailer!")
So far 2 girls has come forward that they saw this movie. One pretty much answered most questions and really enjoyed the movie but I didn't want to follow it just in case it's real. But it could all be part of FOX marketing ploy to use an already established twitter of a certain normal person to get the WOM of the movie out. Since we haven't heard from anyone else coming forward about the advanced screening my conclusion is that it's either FOX or someone is using a friend twitter account(which is an East Indian girl trying to make it convincing) who is a big fan of follower or Prometheus been trying to clue all these pieces together and taking their own and other theories and making it look like they have seen the movie.
I think the only influence is that they try to make it more modern. I mean Mass Effect and many other games out there are the one being influenced by the movies and sci fi novels, art designs from such artists as Syd Mead, Ron Cobb, Moebius ect.. Starcraft and Starcraft 2 are influenced by ALIEN, ALIENS, ROBOCOP, STARSHIP TROOPERS ect. Halo game is a big influence by Ringworld series. Many other fantasy games out there are influenced by Lord of The Rings or Dungeons & Dragons, Conan and ect. But I do think ME success in a way did push Prometheus toward a more modern and hip designs look to it.

I saw the Alien Anthropology at Best Buy for 40 bucks the other day. Worth it? It has all the Alien movies except AVP. Oh and it was on Blu Ray. If you buy each one separate for 10 bucks you get 10 off the prometheus ticket.
I don't know, Alien and Aliens imo are the only ones to watch. Might want to get those 2 separately and watch the others on Netflix or something whenever you are desperately bored.
I DVRed Aliens a couple of weeks ago (and it continues to be shown several times/week) but I'm still waiting on Alien to show up. Might have to break down and rent it.
If I'm not mistaken Alien 3 has a documentary that is fascinating. Kinda explains what a hot mess the whole production was and what Fincher had to deal with as a first time director.
