Too easy. Potential side effects of Adderall and Temazepam: worsening mental or mood problems (eg, aggression, agitation, anxiety, delusions, depression, hallucination, hostility).
ho ho! we'll probably see it at the trial Prosecutors Have New Video Evidence In Trayvon Martin Slaying The video evidence includes footage from the 7-11 where the slain teen reportedly bought Skittles and tea before the shooting, and from the clubhouse in the townhouse complex where he was killed.
I don't know that he did. But the statements from some witnesses and Trayvon's gf supports the idea that Zimmerman did. Zimmerman's statement supports the idea that he didn't. Unlike you, I'll wait and see. But injuries only show that there was a fight, not who started it. It doesn't back up Zimmerman's story that he was attacked, anymore than it does the story that Martin was attacked. Of course if the video from the clubhouse where an unarmed Martin was shot dead is introduced that may clear it up for a lot of people.
Did you just make this up? I haven't seen this evidence. I would welcome reading about it. Please link
It's still a possibility nonetheless and proves that he did in fact have some mental issues. The FBI is eyeing a hate crime charge for Pete's sake. Some of you might wanna switch teams.
I'm thinking the new video evidence that we haven't seen yet is the reason the FBI is getting involved. It must be pretty damaging.
I don't have a team I've been wanting more facts since the beginning, and have been pissed off at the media bias and the reaction / resulting violence started by people pissed off at the whole episode (blacks beating others in the name of Trayvon)
no, it really doesn't. if the prosecution can't prove he started the fight, they can't convict him. he doesn't have to prove he's innocent, the state has to prove he is guilty. so it really doesn't work both ways, the burden is on the state as they try to convict a man whose story appears to match up with the evidence, or at least the evidence that has been released... this family medical exam, that isn't included in the evidence is it? it seems like anyone could get a close family doctor to say anything. where is the paramedics report? that's the one that matters. is that still being held by the prosecution?
I would be very curious to see that new evidence but so far I am still very skeptical of the 2nd degree murder charge. This still seems like manslaughter to me.
