Presumably Rickon and Bran based on Maester Luwin's reaction and since that is who Theon was hunting.

I think my gf will lose it if those were the stark boys. I have no idea but I'm guessing it isn't.

Remember what Arya said a couple of weeks back.

    "Anyone can be killed"

Yup...the one Bran sent to help as farm hands. Theon knows this too, but is trying to garner up fear in the people. Otherwise they would not have been burnt beyond recognition.

I haven't read the books, so I'm just guessing here. But no way can that be Bran and the little brother.

Another awesome episode. Can't believe there are only two episodes left this season. Really wish the season finale was more then an hour long, but I doubt it. :(

The most annoying part of this show is when it ends. Pissed every time it happens.

Yeah, it was pretty obvious it was the farmboys. I rolled my eyes at how predictable that was when they lifted the charred bodies.

I thought this episode was boring. More entitled Dany screaming and b****ing at people when she has done jack crap, too much Jaime and the cousin having a pow wow, and they spent too long on Ygritte trolling Jon Snow even though that was a bit amusing.

The only good parts were when Dean Pelton killed the Thirteen (well, 11 out of 13), Arya and Tywinn's lyrical dance battle, and Tyrion and Cersei having a heart-to-heart. Everything else about this episode was kinda blah.

In the last episode, Roose Bolton told Robb he'd send word to the Dreadfort for Ramsay to raise a host to take back Winterfell from Theon.

    My guess is that
they're dropping the whole "Reek" part. Ramsay will first show up and defeat Theon and burn Winterfell. I'm not sure how they'll do it though. They still have to do something to make it apparent that the Bolton's are against the Starks as well. In the book, Ramsay killed Rodrik Cassel and the host he was leading before sacking Winterfell. But on the show, Theon has already killed Ser Rodrik himself and there's no Stark army marching on Winterfell. So they'll have to find some other way to show the Bolton's true colors. I'm not sure simply burning Winterfell without explanation would be enough.

Pretty sure there will be cliffhangers like this in every single remaining episode this season including the finale.

Which means you will be annoyed till next year too.

It won't be worse than the cliffhanger of Sherlock series 2. I'll survive.

Some good chemistry between Jon/Ygritte and Arya/Tywin. It's really a shame that they're featuring Dany so much and making her look weak and off-kilter. But damn it's good to have Jaime back. I think if season 1 showcased Tyrion, season 2 could have really allowed Jaime to show his acting chops, but he'll only have 4 episodes it seems.

I really liked this episode overall.

I'm still digging the added Arya-Tywin scenes.

The changes in Qarth seemed a bit overkill on the one hand, but since they're being forced to shorten a lot of stuff, it could have been worse.

Is Arya really going to request Tywin to be killed? That scene which focused on his neck was interesting, but I would've thought Arya was a bit too short to reach up there.

The last scene was a bit predictable though, disgusting how they burned two innocent boys, but Theon really has gone mad in proving his 'steel' to his men. And of course Daenerys going on about being the mother of dragons again lol, but that weird bald guy stole that scene.

Also, is it just me or is Tywin slowly trying to figure out who Arya really is? I don't know if he does this in the book or not, but at least in the tv series, the little comments, questions etc makes it seem like Tywin is playing a little game with Arya, trying to discern what her status really is.
