Celtics vs. Hawks - 2012 NBA Playoffs

Celtics kind of got bailed out. If they didn't call the foul Josh Smith had an open path to the basket. Instead they call the foul that easily could've been before they passed out, which would've resulted in 2 free throws and possession...

 

Isnt a flagrant foul when the player isnt making a play on the ball? If so, i think it was.

 

If they were in atlanta, that would be 2 fts and the ball. Unfortunate

I believe they should have gotten 1 free throw and the ball. And that free throw could have been taken by their best shooter. Refs really blundered there, and Drew is a doodle because he did not lobby for that.

It's actually 1 FT and possession and the NBA acknowledged it. How come the NBA sometimes randomly acknowledges stuff like this? Where was this in 2005 with Finley out of bounds? They should replay the last 3 seconds. They did it for the Heat a few seasons ago for the regular season which isn't as important, why not the playoffs?

 

i HATE when the NBA does this stupid stuff. they acknowledges that they made a mistake, but they can't do anything about it. they should just let it go...
