Nope, I studied all day for years to make it. I trained hard! Then I made it to the top. When I got my blue collard shirt...best day of my life. Khaki pants for the win.
I remember that from my days in high school band at Deer Park. We thought we were pretty good, but Spring was always the best in the area.
Without a doubt. DeBakey cemented my commitment to medicine and was a big plus on all my applications.
I agree. I went to Westfield from 02-06 and the school and district started to take a huge nose dive within that time frame. I'm glad I got out when I did but I still hate to see how bad things have gotten. Also, I was on the Westfield drumline. Thanks for the compliments. Where did you go to high school?
I went to Cy Creek but I think I graduated a couple of years after you were born....JESUS, I feel old typing that... Was Lamar teaching when you were there? Or a guy named Alec? Or a really large guy named Renee?
Are you like Deckard old? and it's impressive you still remember your teachers' names after all these years. I only remember like 4. and I'm class of 03.
I'm a year younger than you, and I can remember my teachers from 1st-5th, only a couple of teachers from middle school, and about a dozen from HS.
I vaguely remember some of my teachers from elementary... I remember 2 because they both have the same names. I don't remember many from middle school and I didn't care much for my high school teachers. Maybe only the ones I spend the most time with for after school activities like orchestra and such.
LOL, not that old... I have kids in diapers, not grandkids in college... Class of 88. These weren't teachers, they were drum instructors. And they weren't MY instructors, they were friends of mine that taught there for a while. I still remember several of my elementary school teachers. The first boob I ever saw in person was when my 3rd grade teacher Ms. Redding wore a sleeveless dress with no bra. She pointed at someone and I saw right into her top. It was a beautiful day...
