I've been finding that my short term memory is getting worse than ever. I constantly forget things. Stuff that I used to be able to recall in an instant now takes me forever. I first thought about asking for recommendations on it this morning while driving and then it was killing me all afternoon because I couldn't remember what I was thinking about while driving this morning. It took me 5 minutes to go through my day from when I woke up to finally remember that I was going to do some research on memory supplements.

I don't care if they're deemed quackery or not, if anyone has ever used anything like ginkabola or something, please tell me if it improved your memory. I'm getting tired of having a swiss cheese memory at the age of 35.

I've read about the blueberries and fish also. Have you tried any of these? I want to do only one or two pills a day because I don't wanna overdose on the stuff

I took it for about 3 months.. my vision seemed to have gotten better actually. I would say I noticed some improvement after about 3-4 weeks of taking it, maybe less. I don't really remember lol (i haven't taken it in a while)

Personally, I feel that this omega3 is the most effective thing from what I've read, but I'm really not good with following diets. The pills are also pretty expensive so I'm hoping someone has done a cheaper alternative before :p

    Get these:
    http://www.amazon.com/Controlled-La...VR1U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1336594476&sr=8-1

By far the best on the market, and $17 for a 60-120 day supply (depending on if you want to take 1 or 2 a day). Isn't bad.

Eat lots of fish AND take some Fish Oil pills. Take NOTHING you have to ask a doctor about. It works for me. Also, take some fish oil pills and eat lots of fish.

What's the maximum configuration for the motherboard or what's the model? Check with the manufacturer. Kingston's very good about telling you how much memory you can max out into a specific model.

    cinnamon extract helps supposedly.

    Caffeine does too in moderation

Learning something right before you sleep = you retain it better.

    Also lay off the grass/ganja.
