Bosh played with the most heart in the NBA finals last season. He's having a difficult series with Chandler draped all over him. It'll only get easier for him moving forward although Ibaka might shut him down if the Thunder get there.
I think Bosh would kill Ibaka, Ibaka has problems with perimeter players. He's a great shot blocker and weak-side defender but his fundamentals aren't sound yet and he'll get beat when he overplays going for the block.(Ala Dally) He should beat up on David West if they get matched up.
