No military unit is autonomous ... Especially when it comes to enemy #1.

I have to admit that it's amusing watching the epic meltdown of the right these days, desperately finding any line of attack to hold on to while knowing they are a sinking ship. The good part of it is that this is generally how crazy factions meet their end. I'm looking forward to a renewed, healthier GOP that rids themselves of the bigtexxxes and bassos of the world and focuses on policy instead of stupidity. I also hope the Obama re-election will rid the BBS of the same.

    And a senator at that.

And I like how the film makers color the frame to make Obama look black AND scary.

Sure, I bet Seal Team 6 launches huge, risky, covert invasions of neutral (ostensibly allied...), countries on their own initiative pretty much all the time without executive knowledge.

Generally they fill in when freelancers like Hannibal, Face, BA and Murdock are busy with other endeavors...and Airwolf is booked for kids birthday parties. They are usually able to rely on Maverick, Iceman, Slider and Viper for air support.

At least, taht's what my neighbor said! :)

Seal Team 6 probably invaded Myanmar just to say they did it.

Actually last I heard from my neighbor, they were pursuing a suspected SPECTRE HQ there - Blofeld is friendly with the regime.

Sounds like he won't be attaining any higher rank if he knows so little about how the military works. I really hope somebody like this isn't an actual officer.

It's like I told my father as he regurgitated sad, brain-rotting FOX News talking points: if Obama puts his pants on left-leg first, he's a socialist to you guys, and if he puts his pants on right-leg first, he's a fascist. But you know what... you all need to chill with the rhetoric, because he's just putting pants on.

Not sure this "Obama spikes the football" line of attack is gonna have much of an impact. Seems that this would only resonate with hard-core anti-Obama folks who are already going to vote GOP no matter what.

Most Americans I know don't really have much of a problem with spiking the football (and the Lambeau leap, the "discount doublecheck" and most other touch-down celebrations as long as they are not too obnoxious) in actual football, let along in politics. You are pretty much safe as long as you actually score before you spike the ball.

Look, if Romney's military/foreign policy critique against Obama is that he celebrates a success too much, rather than point to some decision that he made that resulted in what people consider a failure, I am not sure it's gonna sway that many people.

Republicans would prefer for Bin Laden to be alive just so Obama could take zero credit. Pathetic. They call themselves Americans.

One of your wishes on your wish list is for Major to contribute to the board? Riiight. LOL.

160 confirmed kills? Fishy.... Carlos Hatchcock a one of the most legendary and famous snipers of all time has 93 confirmed kills and is one of the most decorated Marines of all time. Why haven't I heard of this guy? And please don't tell me SEALS don't get famous because of they are secret squirrel ninjas. There are plenty of famous seals. And any service member with 150+ confirmed kills would be a god and drill instructors would be bashing his name in a recruits head.

Oh and bigtexxx... the media(both left and right) has been known to create fake service members to spread their agenda. How much you wanna bet this is one?

Your neighbor is a r****d... and you are gullible. 99% of Navy personal has nothing to do with the SEALS.

    It’s a classic Rove tactic.

Use someone’s strength to undercut their argument.

We’ve seen it time and again.

Instead of praising the SEALs for killing bin Laden, you instinctively try to disparage the military by raising the question that one of the SEALs was created by the media.

    Wow, now that's pathetic.
