Some news for our friends in the Austin area. KVUE has signed a two-year deal to air Texans preseason games. The agreement says the ABC affiliate must show at least two preseason games each year. KVUE will air the week 1 and week 2 games against Carolina and San Francisco, respectively. The week 3 game against New Orleans will be nationally televised on CBS. Texans preseason games were previously aired on KBVO and KEYE. http://www.kvue.com/news/state/Houston-Texans-speak-to-KVUE-about-upcoming-season-149242595.html In another article I read, the week 4 game against Minnesota will air on the KVUE weather and traffic channel.
Deep Steel Blue and Battle Red is spreadin' across the Lone Star State. Pretty soon we'll be takin' over North Texas, too.
Agreed. It's embarassing, and theres a reason why the NFL network never shows the ABC 13 feed for the replay. Even Jacksonville has a more professional looking production. The Texans deserve better. It was bad enough that they started HD broadcasts years after everyone else, but now its basically pseduo-HD which I feel is almost worse.
