Let him go. He was real inconsistent. Screw him and all like him. Get some real players who want to play every game. Some young guy. Tired of these Morey middle of the pick type players.

If we go into next season with just Camby and Smith as our big 5s, we will be better off than we were this season starting with Dally and Hill and finally ending with Camby and Dally.

Let him go, he will not make a big difference on this team. This team need new blood, he is not one. You only need him if you want to be mediocre.

since we won't be a contender in a few years, cutting him or in a better way trading him is good choice.

Only want to keep Sammy if we can deal him for picks or considerations. If they think he will have no value then cut bait.

when do we have to choose our option? I'd like to see what the recovery time of his hip surgery is. Frankly the dude was f'ing awesome in the beginning of the season.

If he can recover to play like that ALL SEASON long, then I'd bet on him.

I'm disgusted by the fickle nature of Houston Rocket fans.

What there to be fickle about. Again there is no winning team and winning team of players to be gloating about. Just a bunch of guys who keep reaching 500 as role players. Thats the nature of 500 players. Inconsistent production and inconsistent reaction to their careers. Its never about the fans how this team is performing. Its the players performance.

Its three years now guys. For Christs sake stop blaming the fans and everyone else for how mediocre you have been for years. Its the GM and the players. Thats all there is to it.

Let him go, re-sign Camby and try to get a legit young PF or C in the draft or FA to start or back up at the 5 that can score but isn't horrible at playing defense.

Keep him, let Camby go, draft C Meyers Leonard! Dalembert's contract is at a bargain and expires after next season, along with Martin & Budinger(if still with the team). Still have cap space next off-season to make a strong push for a RFA like Harden!!

While I'd let him go, Morey is not letting an expiring big man contract (asset) go for nothing much less pay 1.5 to watch it leave.
