He's asking a question based on how you felt they did. We know they haven't stepped onto the field yet. That doesn't meant you can't give them a grade based on the type of players they selected, however.
B+ Didn't try to reach for big name splashes, but seemed to have really done their due diligence and targeted high(ish) value guys to bolster the team behind the starters. Smart, smart, smart. TE was the only area of concern they didn't address, but all of the strong ones were gone before Saturday.
Dont pay IMF any mind guys. He is obviously a closet fan and trolling. 8-8? With this team and division? you got to be kidding me. SMH
C-. You just don't draft that many players from one of the worst conferences in college football. Too many trade downs when guys that were highly thought of were available. I think I'm most pissed with the trading out of the 2nd when Reuben Randle was available.
Yes I'm a closet fan and trolling my own team. That really makes sense. Considering the schedule outside of the division (which I also think wont be AS easy as people think), I think there's a possibility of 8-8. That's my prediction. Try again buddy.
Trolling you own team makes you a closet fan in my book. you are delusional if u think the texans finish 8-8. dont worry, i'll save this when we make the playoffs. thanks for the laugh today
Again, who am I trolling? Apparently if you make a prediction that someone doesn't like, that's considered trolling. I'm not delusional, it's just a bold prediction. I'll be happy to be wrong, I don't mind it. But don't act dense calling someone a troll just because you don't agree with them or you find what I have to say to be delusional.
There is nothing wrong with predicting 8-8. We won 10 last year and I think we'll win 10 this year. Our schedule is very difficult and any injuries to key players will be detrimental. The Titans will be tough, IMO. Now, if someone predicts 5 or 6 wins, then I'd laugh.
AJ Green says HI Now if you would have said LSU receivers then I would agree. Only good LSU wr in the nfl to date is dwayne bowe. I still wanted Randle though.
Now that the Texans have covered their bases and shored up the depth, I feel confident that they should be able to come back as strong as before. The defense is by and large intact, and it took them until the bye last year to hit their stride. I don't know of many defenses this good that miss the postseason. 4-2 within the division Lose against GB, BAL, @NE Coin Flip @DEN, @NYJ, @DET, @CHI Take care of BUF, MIN, MIA I think 9 wins is the low bar, with the team capable of 12, and 10-11 most likely. And as always, the key is how we do relative to the rest of the divison. BAL is a tough one, but we get them at home, while JAX gets the up and coming Bengals and TEN has to take on PIT. Everyone's got to deal with NE and GB, just like us. Meanwhile, Indy is rebuilding, and Jax is riding Gabbert. TEN is who we worry about.
Travis Taylor, Darrell Jackson, Donte Stallworth, Jabar Gaffney, Josh Reed, Tim Carter, Reche Caldwell, Taylor Jacobs, Kelley Washington, Michael Clayton, Devery Henderson, Troy Williamson, Matt Jones, Reggie Brown, Chad Jackson, Robert Meachem, Craig Davis, Sidney Rice, Early Doucet, Earl Bennett, Andre Caldwell, Mohammed Massoquai, and Brandon LaFell say hi. That is every SEC receiver taken in the 1st three rounds since the year 2000 except for Wallace, Bowe, Harvin, and Green. Bust-a-mania.
I say 11, I bet we beat either GB or NE but not both. I could see Brady having his worst game of the season against our D.
And the Giants were living proof once again that it's not necessarily the best team but the one with the hot hand and the breaks that can take it all. GB was better than NYG but they didn't have the streak that NY had to finish out the season. Their playoffs started with four regular season games left.
It's silly to say but then again... If you look at Wade's history he always has a premier OLB/DE on his team, so it's no fluke.
