Just from the landing...looks like the L knee was moving medially...might be the MCL...hope a strain...but it really looks worse...
Hopefully, it's not as bad as it looks. The guy hasn't been able to catch a break this year in regards to health. They can still beat Philly without him.
Whenever a guy's leg/knee buckles like that without contact you can pretty much count on an ACL/ MCL injury. I really like Rose hate to see it happen to him.
Scary how 2 similar injuries happen in the first 2 games of the playoffs. Makes you wonder who is going down next.
False -- fake tweets that've since been pulled from the NBC Miami twitter account. Truth -- heard from a friend that works at Rush Hospital here in Chicago (literally less than a mile south of the United Center) that Rose was brought in a few minutes ago by his brother for an MRI.
Even if the news is fake I still think it will turn out this way, Cheetah is right with his statement. That looked really serious by his reaction and the leg movement.
I'm praying for a sprain -- his ability to plant and walk off the court, albeit with support, was a better indication for me then if they would've brought out a wheelchair and rolled him out.
I think Chicago can still win this series even without Rose. They may even make it to the conference finals. They just don't have enough to beat Miami. Then again I didn't think they could beat Miami even with Rose.
