I always liked the guy despite some people on here groaning... it was a good moment for him. Just let all your emotions out and take in your last game. Crying is a sign of caring.

Laugh really? Not at him crying during an emotional moment. The only thing about Brad Miller that would make me laugh is how he continued to wear a head band at the tail end of his career. He always reminded me of some goofy old man you would see trying to play ball at the gym with that head band.

last time I took the baseball diamond i knew it was the last time i'd ever play organized baseball. i ran out to 2B the same way i had since i was about 8 years old. i teared up big time. one of the most memorable experiences of my life, and i was just a high school kid.

"Okay, freshman team. You're 0-9 so far, but let's focus. Gonna be some changes... Lessee here... Jones, moving to left field today... Gilliam, you're going to try 3rd. ... And MadMax, it pains me to say it, but this is your last game. We're going to have to let you go. We were all hoping your new eyeglasses would help out, but son... (rubs hand across buzz cut) ... it's time to just admit you do your best work in the classroom, son.... Whatever you do, don't you cry out on the field today."

Good for him. He had a good career, made 90 million dollars, and will rate as one of the best undrafted players of all time as well as arguably the best (or at least top 3) three-point shooting center in history to date. He's got the right to be emotional as it comes to an end.

Respect his love of the game and let him have his moment -- rare to see these days.

Great career. But he sucked in Houston and lost us many key games.

Why lol he didn't deserve a ring. And no surprise he cried, every time his teams lost big games he looked like he was about to ball his eyes out. He was an OK player but his times up...whatever.

What's to laugh about? Been in the league for a while and now his career is over. Just shows you how much he will miss the game. Maybe lets laugh at you?

    Why laugh about it?

Thought I'd be the first to ask the OP.
