    I think to get one of the WR's falling Texans will need to trade up to about 14-15

    Even still. Hill was too raw to be much use this year. Also probably could not be used on special teams.

    There really isn't a WR worth trading up IMO. They can still get a quality guy where they are or in the 3rd
