    I agree with JVG. The problem is the SYSTEM is set up to REWARD this type of behavior. It is a NBA SYSTEM problem

    JVG is right that the system is screwed up when it rewards a team for losing on purpose. But, he's wrong to think the Rockets shouldn't be ridiculed for trying to win anyway. They want to be idealists and pretend the dynamic that rewards losing doesn't exist. But, it does exist.

    I think that the 14th, 13th, and 12th pick teams should have the highest possibility of landing the top pick and the worst team will have a guaranteed 4th pick and a slim chance of getting into top 3.
