Yao and Tmac were starters, Steve had problems getting time as the 3rd string PG. I swear people here have horrible memories.
The team of the 00s would get slaughtered by the team of the 80s or the team of the 90s or team of the 70s From a team perspective, Steve Francis has proven he couldn't play well when : 1. he's not the focal point of the offense 2. there's no Cuttino to pass to.
Different era different game then, but 70's Rockets didnt much in their time with Calvin Murphy and Rudy T. Same mediocrity as Lowry & Scola, and LOSING records. Until Moses came along. But they get the respected "vintage Rockets" label so I guess its all good. Scola hasnt had a losing season yet. Battier didnt have any losing seasons with the Rockets. So thats why their value is gonna be perceived higher. Yao, McGrady and Francis had the heightened expectations and all let the team down in many ways.
Francis looks drunk in that photo...leaning...holding up his shorts and ****....everyone staring at him because the photographer probably told him to tuck in his shirt.
Others they should add: Coach - Van Gundy 12th man - Moochie Norris Strength and Conditioning - Anthony Falsone Translator - Colin Pine Exec who posts on Clutchfans - Tim

Not a dynasty,by any means but more firepower plus no drop in defense. Most people unlike you have short memories,it was Ron who played the most pivotal role in getting us past Portland.
That team of the 2000's worked well for a short short time. Maybe like a 3-4 game stretch. Most notably the game versus the Suns when Francis drove the ball in with the game winner on Nash and such. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/icuT1PJ43nw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Well we did have that team in 2007, but Steve Francis was washed up by then, and both Yao and T-mac were injured.
Franchise/Sura Mcgrady/Cat Shane/Crazy Pills Scola/Hayes Yao/Deke Those are the 2000's to me (although I would have rather seen Cat over Batman, I think this is a better lineup).
