I want to create a thread for fun on why we love Houston. I would say the reason I love Houston is that we have so many businesses, good weather, and four beautiful sports stadium close to my house. There will be more metro rail lines coming soon. More parks. There are many good things about Houston. So I am very blessed to live in the great city of Houston. How about you, guys?

It lets us make money and live cheaply so we can save more money in the hopes of making it one day. It's one of the last places where the American dream still survives
I love the diversity, we're spoiled with all new sports arenas, low cost of living, great food, and nice weather majority of the year.
3rd most live theater seats in North America Better than average economy HGO, Houston Ballet, Houston Symphony Beautiful Skyline Harsh summers offset by mild winters A truly international city Southern politeness with the diversity of a real international city. Rice University and the University of Houston Decent nightlife Teams in all major sports Beach 50 miles down 1-45. In before Austin/wherever I happen to live is better folx.
The best part about Houston is that I can travel to the beach in Galveston anytime to relax and enjoy the scene. It's only one hour drive.
Good weather is one of many things houston does NOT have. However, I do enjoy humid mornings but I think that is just because I dealt with it for 20 years. Good weather is one of the few things i like about Los Angeles. Good food is just about the only thing I like about Houston.
So many things. The birthplace of SPM. Drank in my cup. Also no traffic compared to other major cities.
