yeah agree whether you value your job or not... if you are at a job (cubical) basically just a job rather than a career, then i say f**k the ***** out of her...if its your career, yeah stay away... or better still...find a way to get her fired...comfort her and then do your business....
Burn her a CD with ONLY the song "I'll make love to you"-boys 2 men, and nothing else. Leave it at her desk with your name on it. She'll know what's up.
It's more like a career. I took a $20k increase to come to this company. If things work out well, I hope to move to a higher position in 2-3 years for another payraise. Maybe it's best to stay away.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I am afraid of this happening. I can't deal with it for 40 hours a week.
I think with you two having different bosses and neither of you being in a position to manage the other, there shouldn't be any problem with it. If you two were to get serious enough to move in together and potentially get engaged, then the work dynamics would take a back seat. I think managers understand and reasonably expect that any place you spend a third of your waking life would garner long term relationships.
I've don't it a few times. Most times it was no biggy but one time the girl got attached and I had no interest in her. Made work very awkward. Don't do it. Well... Do it. But you'll regret it.
Sad but true rule: You regret Sex you didn't have. . . . more than sex you had Rocket River WAY MORE! LOL
If you are both willing to hit it and quit it, then just tell people before you hit it that she is a clingy psycho. If she tries to pull anything, it will isolate her. If she doesn't, the worst thing that will happen is people will second guess you. Warning: I do not support hitting and quitting.
