if we somehow gets the pick from dallas i propose we make a major push to move up in the draft and get a difference maker. Offer 2 picks + one of our players ( martin) and move into top 5 position. NFL teams do it every season in hopes to bring in a gamechanger. This off season we should attempt also

    Thoughts?

Well I can't wait to hear the report from Woj. "Rockets working hard, trying to move up into top five." ala the past few years.

I laughed, but deep down, I'm angry and sad because I know this is going to happen.

sucks out players leave our team and the new gets give them REAL minutes. terrance williams , jordan hill, and jeremy lin all getting recognition from their teams. Twill is playing PG for them and they are trading tyreke evans.

Has morey ever successfully moved up?...This is why we shouldn't have been trying to stay competitive we'd already have our own lottery pick :(

We NEED to move up with or without the Dallas pick. We NEED to move up 2 times in THIS DRAFT; IMO. What ever it taks less Parsons. The mediocrity has to stop.

I would offer Lowry Martin Bud Patterson Dalembert Lee Scola(will surely be missed) Camby all for high picks

Yes I know it's crazy and stupid but after this season and the past 2 I think it's time to blow it all up for young talent and draft picks that we can build around.

We probably we be terribad but at least we would have something to look forward to and stop the damn spreading of mediocrity.

Don't you guys know that we won't be getting the Dal pick this year? They won't finish as a top 10 team, but we could still trade the pick on draft night or in an off-season trade!

Morey has more ammo then over with the 2 first round picks close to the lotto section. I would package the 2 first rounders and Morris for the 6th or 7th pick if a top 5 talent dropped that low.

Morey definitely has a lot to work with! The entire roster minus Parsons hopefully & the 2 1st rd picks. I could see trading 1 of the picks + Morris, but don't know a team that would basically trade 1 pick for 3 rookies!

There is no single player/pick I wouldn't offer to move up.

We really may not need to considering how deep this draft is. We could stay put and end up with Perry Jones and Jeremy Lamb or Austin Rivers.

All three I think can be allstars.

I'm pretty excited to get the draft process started!

The thing that a lot of folks don't realize is that most draft picks are not all that impactual in their first year, sometimes not until year 3.

Can we sell the rights to the Rockets uniform for a higher draft pick? Maybe add our depth perception for a top 5.
