I don't know if it's a travesty, but I think I would go with Mobley over Battier also. And, I was a big Battier fan too, so I'm not selling him short. Mobley had some really nice years with the Rockets. That 01-02 year he averaged almost 22pts per game and shot almost 40% from 3pt range. What I liked about Mobley was how consistent he was. Hey, don't forget that Mobley was a 2nd round draft pick, selected 41st overall. Not bad at all.

Nice to see Scola make the team.

His best year was not in the 2000s. Him making it would have been bad.

But to complain about a professional like Shane makes me smh.

Mobley would have been better than Batman but you can't complain about him making it.

I would rather keep our Draft choice Rudy Gay then send him for Shane to Memphis. No question Shane was a great team player but we could have our star now.

I don't care how long Ron played for the Rockets. He should have been on that list somewhere.

You are talking about a PlayStation world .
Steve in his prime couldn't play well if he wasn't the number one option. See Steve in new York

Put Mutombo instead of scola...that team would have an amazing defense.

Rafer was a candidate? Am I the only person who looks back and thinks of him as the worst #3 option on a team with 2 legit superstars in history? Sure, he took care of the ball relatively well. They would have been more successful with the current state of Beno Udrih, much less a legit starter.

We didn't acquire Lowry until 2009 so it makes sense.

Lowry was picked up in a trade early 2009. He was a backup throughout his time with the Rox in the 2000s.... No way Lowry makes the 2000s team.
