It's Wade with Westbrook a close second.

The ability for Wade to take over late in games is as valuable as it gets when it comes to a sidekick for LeBron.

Bynum is Kobe's "sidekick" and Wade is already better than Kobe. Wade is obviously better than WB or Deng. If Wade doesn't get at least 90%, I dunno unless more people than I realize just hate him.

LeBron is Wade's sidekick when it matters.

    Sidekick?
Wade and LeBron are carbon copies of each other. Sidekick is too diminishing for someone of Wade's talent. Even Westbrook getting called a sidekick is wrong IMO.

Gasol...The guy was born to be second fiddle.

I doubt Bynum will want to be anything else but the centerpiece in LA in a couple of years, when Kobe is near retirement.

Wade as a sidekick is just silly, and the OP has a clear biase for LeBron.

Wade = +1 ring for the Heat vs LBJ = -1 ring for the Heat

    No.
The amount of hate for the LeBron Heat is just plain stupid.
LeBron = Wade. Whether one of them is slightly better than the other is irrelevant. Bosh would be a more fitting term for sidekick.

i think it is josh smith to joe johnson... even though i feel that smoove is better... the way he was played when horford went out really kept that team afloat. The other players on the options are all either not sidekicks (like wade) or are not as big as impacet imo as smoove. If josh smith was not on that team it would have a lrger negative impact than deng, wade, and maybe westbrok and bynum

If Deng is in the poll, these few guys below should get a mention:

    P.Gasol
    P.Pierce
    B.Griffin
    M.Ginobili
A.Stoudemire or J.Lin (I honestly believe, if you trade Carmelo out for LeBron James or Kevin Durant, that those two would be make Stoudemire and Lin, even more deadlier).

Deng is not the most versatile player among that group, necessarily. He's pretty good, though.

Westbrook, but this poll is painfully lacking. No Manu, no Marc Gasol or Rudy. But you list deng????? Give me a break. Where is Griffin also? Or Jason Terry.

People always complaining about media bias for big market teams and then this thread happens.

For my money, I'm going to say that Jason Terry is the most valuable sidekick, with Manu running a close second.

Lebron leads his team in points, rebounds, assists FG%, steals, and defense, but he is a sidekick?

Also Westbrook gets too much hate on this board.
