Hey OP, think you added enough poll options?!

I'm all for trading Lowry and whatever else to move up significantly. If we stay at #13 for some idiotic reason, then I'm shooting for Sullinger, Barnes, Lamb, Lillard, Ross, or one of the Sellers brothers. I have no idea which of those guys will be available, but we should take one of them if they are.

If we move up it needs to be for Drummond, Robinson, or Beal.

Under the DO NOT WANT category are:
Meyers Leonard, John Henson, Perry Jones (big guys, great tools, but no skills, they're going to bust)
Terrence Jones (attitude problems, crappy tweener)
Austin Rivers (Monta Ellis type guy, undersize chucker needs ball in his hands to provide value, no defense, horrible fit for our team)

Not interested on Rivers. I haven't seen much of Leonard, but if Morey felt good about him, I would too.

The players I have watch, and do want to see in a Rockets uni:
    Terrence Ross
    Royce White
    Tony Mitchell

Two of those 3 would be sick. We don't need someone for a particular position. We need a stud at ANY position, and I'd be shocked if at least one of those 3 isn't an all-star some day.

    Rockets need to come out of this Draft with 2 players;

    1) Perry Jones (sick upside, however he hasn't reached his potential because he was playing in the post in college, he is a wing player!! The Rockets have to take a gamble this year, continue going the status quo is unacceptable. When Kobe and T-Mac came out of High School both players were similar to PJ lll in their skill set; neither player had great jump shots, they were just athletic wings. T-Mac was taken #9 and Kobe #13.

PJ lll can rebound, dribble and he can block shots, he needs to work on his jumper and perimeter defense, which will come at the next level.

    2) Myers Leonard (we can not continue to pass on size. He is athletic, blocks shots and he can run the court...McHale is the perfect coach for him to work with.

The one thing the Rockets is missing are athletes. I can't understand how we want to be a running team, without athletic players. With Dontas, PJ lll, and Leonard we will have obtained players with both size and athleticism.

Why not BOTH Drummond & Beal? Do what ever it takes - Then start over from that point on moving forward; if the future is like the last three years why try to save for it.

    Drummond & Beal.

Given that we have both the 13th pick and the 16th pick.

    I would go with....

    13th pick: UCONN's Jeremy Lamb, SG 6'5 - 7'1 wingspan
NBA comparison: More athletic Richard Hamilton w/t better handle

    16th pick: UNC John Henson, PF/C 6'11 - 7'6 wingspan
NBA comparison: Marcus Camby meets Javale McGee

PJ III, Wroten, White, Melo, Draymond green are my favourite guys mid-late 1st round.

I could care less what other people say. Hope Morey uses one of those picks on Austin Rivers.

I don't think there's much point in discussing only players in this pick range, we all know Morey will be working his ass trying either trade up for a real stud, or package the picks for an all star. So we can actually be discussing almost all players in the draft because we may package one or both picks with Lowry or Martin or Scola for a top 7 draft pick.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind packaging both picks with one of our guys and trade for an established post 4/5. I don't have loads of confidence in Zeller, Leonard, or Melo making it, and it's paramount we address one of the worst frontcourts in the NBA.

Buy low on Howard if possible
    Try again for Cousins
See if Phoenix (losing Nash) wants the picks more than Gortat
Make a run at Josh Smith

    It's difference makers or bust.

trade everyone on the roster for dwight howard and then let dwight make the picks.

but seriously, we have enough depth already. time to trade the picks away.

if we keep the picks, no jared sullinger, and take perry jones III if morey can get his hands on him

If we get Lamb with the 14th pick I'll pee my pants - no way he falls that far

    My dream scenario would be

    Re-sign Dragic
Trade everything we have in the cupboard except Motiejunas and Parsons for two of Drummond, Beal, Robinson

    Dragic/FA
    Beal/FA
    Parsons/FA
    Motiejunas/FA
    Drummond/Camby
