I know there are other options with this pick but i'm sticking to these 2 who would be the popular mid round picks. Especially, for us.

Would you go for a 7'1 center prospect with good upside or a controversial guard who has the potential to be a game changer or a bust?

I'd take Jermey Lamb or Terrence Ross over Myers Leonard or Fab Melo every single day of the week.

trade both picks/future first rd pick/kevin martin/luis scola/ppat and future cash considerations for top 5 pick...

who gives a **** anymore ... it hurts being a die hard rockets fan... atleast i know the astros suck and are trying to gut and build a promising future organization...

I prefer the 6'9 forward. Think we need another one of those. Who is that? Who is available? Sully?

As long as it's not Terrence Jones I'll be happy.

I want someone who actually wants to take shots, rather than pass up wide open jumpers.

And if their shot isn't falling, they are willing to attack the basket relentlessly to put pressure on the defense.

Just give me that, and I'll be happy with the #15 pick.

Im not sure if you really mean 15, or the 14th.

The 14th is most likely what will be the "Rockets pick."

The Rockets also have the Knicks pick which will fall 15-17 most likely.

There will be a little bit overthing around that range.

Possible players that might fall to that range-

Bigs- Meyers Leonard, John Henson, Tyler Zeller

Wings- Terrence Jones, Jeremy Lamb, Perry Jones III (yes he's a big wing), Harrison Barnes (yes, he could fall)

Point Guards or Scoring PG's- Austin Rivers, Damien Lillard, Kendall Marshall

I would take the Center but like the idea of trading better. They better have something plan going that route.

I know there are a lot of people who do not want Austin Rivers but if we had a mid round pick as the only option, i'd use it on him. I'd take the risk rather than drafting undersized tweeners or bigs who play small and all of them end up as solid backups at best.

Yes he may be selfish. Yes he takes bad shots and makes bad decisions. But i love young players who have the balls to put the game in their hands and take the big shot.

Austin is a everything to gain and nothing to lose pick, IMO. Take the damn RISK. I don't want another Patrick Patterson or a Marcus Morris. I want a pick that has star potential. If he ends up being a bust, so what? We just used a mid round pick. But if he develops into a star closer in the NBA..

I actually think Sullinger is the slider in this draft and would be happy if morey drafted him, despite him being another 6'9 PF

A player you can iso and create to take the game winning shot at a young age on a big stage against a rival on their home court.

I don't mind using a mid round pick on this guy.
