simple--Lowry wants to win. When we were winning, Lowry was laughing, smiling, happy. Now that we're a tragicomedy, Lowry wants to put some blame on the coaching. Early in the season he already called out McHale for not making the proper ingame adjustments. He also called the Adelman offense something that he loves. sigh ... dissent in the locker room
Lowry's body language and effort have not been good in long stretches of games now. I remember a play in the last game where he was at the top of the key just walking a bit. A pass was made to his man and he didn't even chase the ball or try to force a bad shot. He just figured it's too late. He has made more mistakes like this which is okay but not the way he responds to it. He doesn't seem to care when his man makes a basket. He used to be way more into a game then I've seen him lately. I wouldn't go as far as he's going AB on us but it's not far from it. He's not even playing that well, so has no reason to ask for more playing time. I hope this doesn't turn bad but Lowry should suck it up and give it his all, not expect the starting position or minutes to just be given to him. He has to earn it. When a player does not want to get in a huddle and has to be grabbed by the coach or whatever went down, is not a good sign. They might play it down at the moment but let's see what happens though I believe Lowry is on his way out regardless.
If Lowry played good, it would be a great trade asset in Juliy. If Lowry plays mediocre like now and shows bad attitude, he will get traded for those reasons. Either way, Lowry is getting traded and is upset about that. I don't blame him for being upset, but he shouldn't let his emotions play such a huge part on and off the court. Dragić got traded from Phoenix. We don't know if he took it well or not, but it didn't show on or off court. Same for Eric Gordon when he got traded to Hornets for CP3.
He's not 100% yet and he has taken hard falls in those DEN games, and he was slowed down by those. Don't compare him to AB. He's not concerned about starting. He's concerned about losing at this stage. We're not even sure Dragic will sign with us. Feigen may be trying to deflect blame from McHale by insinuating it is the rift that is causing problems. Sneaky sneaky. Fans see the real reason. Feigen, don't take us for fools.
Except that Lowry is a more complete player than Brooks. IF Dragic is better as you say, that is not by much and Dragic is not bigger, he is taller, difference. Lowry is not pouting as Brooks did, he talked directly to the coach..... Well McHale has to deal with it!
Also, Kyle has lost more weight, and he is lighter than he is used to. It could be that he is adjusting to the slightly altered dynamics of his game.
Apparently, there's something to it. http://blog.chron.com/ultimaterocke...e-rift-not-an-issue-four-game-losing-skid-is/
Thanks for this link. I had no clue McHale grabbed him and yanked him into the huddle....that is funny and Kyle deserved it. I just wanted to point out that even though they are blaming it on the losing streak...I have seen this happen several times throughout the season. I know several posters want me to give specific evidence, but I don't tape the games, nor would I know how to repost them. The team camaraderie is one of the things I look at closely as a fan. The way Kyle has been acting lately is not fair to McHale, his teammates, or the fans.
I love how everyone is just hating on Lowry right now, but when he was playing earlier this season yall was all on his sack. Typical clutchfans
Time for a trade. By K-Low, hope you bring us a high draft choice or another big body. Adio y que te valla bein!
